Skysavers Chapter four

-Chapter four-

“I just can’t believe it!!!” Yoki yelled as her fists banged on to the table, and tears from her eyes dropped onto her napkin. Yoki, Lucas, Muku, Muyo, and Poyo went out to eat at the local diner. “Yoki, I know this is too much for you to bear but sadly we must move on,” Lucas explained. “The guilds are going to rebuild our dojo and replace the equipment.” “Can the guilds replace our many memoires we all had in that dojo!?!?” Yoki screamed. The other four were silent. It looked like Yoki was making a scene, but everyone there eating knew her well and felt sorry for her and Lucas. “Your uncle is right.” Muku said. “We need to move on, no matter how hard this is.” “I just can’t move on! Those gangs aren’t getting away THAT easy…When I’m done with them they’ll be put through h-” Yoki then stopped in her tracks and just began looking out the window instead. “This must have hit her harder than we thought…” Poyo thought. Then their food arrived. Then they began to eat.

The four teens were sitting on a rooftop looking at the sunset together; it was silent for a few minutes. “Yoki is right; the gangs can’t get away with this.” Muyo pointed out, hoping to break the silence. “What can we do??” Poyo asked. “Simple Poyo,” Yoki began. “We form a guild.” “WHAT?!” The other three looked at her in shock. The four have considered making a guild together before when they were younger but didn’t have a good reason to at such a young age. “…You’re serious right?” Muyo sighed. Yoki didn’t have to say anything to the others as a reply. The three saw the look on her face, The “I’m dead serious about this” look in her eyes told them right away.
“But making a guild is hard work! We need to register, choose what type of guild to be, wait weeks for a permit do to so…Yoki you know that won’t be a easy task!” Poyo argued. “Living in this city isn’t an easy task itself already Poyo, you know that.” Yoki replied in a cold tone. “Yoki you shouldn’t talk to Poyo like tha-” Muku began to complain until Poyo said this: “It’s ok Muku, remember you, Muyo and I know how to speak Yoki.”
Yoki has a special way of saying things, if you don’t know her well you think she’s being rude, if you do know her well enough you can understand how she says things and what they really mean even if they sound like she’s saying the exact opposite. Even her friends forget now and then.
“Forming a guild is a hard task Yoki, are you sure you’re up for it?” Muyo asked. “We need to avenge my uncle’s dojo and return balance to Blue Sky, before it gets worse. Before gangs wouldn’t have the strength to sabotage my uncle’s dojo, the only way that happened if all of the gangs, local and the most powerful ones, are getting more and more stronger, and are growing every day. If we don’t stop them now, nothing will later.” Yoki exclaimed. “Then we’re in too!!” Muku, Muyo, and Poyo all said at once. The four put their hands on top of each other and then raised them into the air. They went on their way to Guild HQ to register.

After waiting in line the four finally made it to the front desk. “How can I help you today?” The receptionist asked. “The four of us would like to form a guild please.” Yoki replied. “A guild you say? So you want to help the cause?” The four nodded with the upmost confidence. “I’m beginning to like you guys already,” She said, sounding a little upbeat. The receptionist then got out a few papers. “You four sign this sheet.” She then handed it to them. Yoki, Muku, Muyo, and Poyo signed their names on the sheet, and then gave the paper back. “What type of guild would you like it to be?” “Let us talk about this for a minute please.” Muku stated.
“What guild should it be?” Poyo asked. “I think it should be an assault guild, but we also defend places as well.” Yoki pointed out. “I agree.” Muyo said. “Me too.” Muku added. “Sounds good to me!” Poyo agreed. “Then it’s settled.” They walked back up to the receptionist. “It will be an assault group. But we’ll defend as well.” “Ok,” she responded and wrote it down on a paper. “How many starting members will there be?” “Four.” Muyo explained. “Ok. And lastly what will this group be called?” The four looked at each other thinking then Muku told the receptionist: “It will be called The Skysavers!” Yoki, Muyo, and Poyo grinned, the three liking the name idea.
“Ok, I’ll send the papers to the guild council. You will hear from them in exactly a week.” “Thank you!” The group of friends beamed and walked out the door.
The Skysavers had finally been formed, and little did EVERYONE know they would change the history of Blue Sky…for the better.
